These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Beyond Man online store at beyond-man.com.
The store is operated by:
Frank Walker trading as Beyond Man

“Beyond Man”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the seller named above.
If you have any questions about an order, please contact us at notices@beyond-man.com.
We sell clothing, accessories and other merchandise under the Beyond Man name.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes and other information are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, manufacturing processes and the nature of printed garments.
Product availability may change without notice.
Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between you and us is formed when your order is accepted and payment has been successfully authorised.
We may refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Any delivery charges are shown separately before you place your order.
Payment is taken through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers.
Customers using a card or account denominated in another currency may be charged currency-conversion fees by their card issuer or payment provider.
Orders are produced and fulfilled on our behalf by third-party fulfilment partners, including Inkthreadable.
Delivery options, prices and estimates are displayed at checkout where available.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Under UK consumer law, goods will normally be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made unless another timeframe has been agreed. GOV.UK
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We may accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom where a suitable delivery service is available.
Where import duties, customs charges or local taxes are not collected at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient according to the rules of the destination country.
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For goods, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or someone nominated by you, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate shipments, the period normally runs from receipt of the final item. Legislation.gov.uk
To exercise your right to cancel, you must clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.
You can contact:
You may use the model cancellation form at the bottom of these Terms, but you are not required to use it.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods without undue delay and normally within 14 days. Legislation.gov.uk
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods. UK rules permit the customer to bear that cost where they were informed of it before purchase. Legislation.gov.uk
You should take reasonable care of returned goods.
You may inspect goods in the same way you reasonably could in a shop. We may reduce a refund where unnecessary handling has diminished the value of the goods. Legislation.gov.uk
Where you validly cancel an order, we will refund:
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are not required to refund the difference above the standard delivery cost.
For returned goods, we may wait until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them before issuing the refund.
Refunds will normally be made within the statutory timeframe and using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Legislation.gov.uk
The statutory right to cancel may not apply to goods that are genuinely made to your individual specification or clearly personalised.
This exception does not automatically apply merely because a standard Beyond Man product is manufactured or printed after you place your order. GOV.UK
If we offer genuinely personalised merchandise in future, we will identify that clearly before purchase.
Your statutory rights are separate from the cancellation rights above.
Goods supplied to consumers must be:
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us at:
Please include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the problem.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Where you are returning goods simply because you changed your mind, the goods should be returned in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection.
Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer or fulfilment provider unless we have instructed you to do so.
Promotional codes:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined.
All Beyond Man names, logos, artwork, merchandise designs, photographs and other original material on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights in its artwork or design.
We may update, suspend or change the website from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every part of the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in this section affects rights relating to orders that have already been accepted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumers’ statutory rights.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
If you are unhappy with an order or our service, please contact:
Please include your order number where possible.
We will try to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
We may update these Terms occasionally.
The version that applies to an order is the version made available when that order is placed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights available to you under applicable law.
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract.
